Position: Video Editor Recruiter
Type: Independent Contractor (Quarterly engagement, performance-based)
Location: Remote (Philippines)

CPV Media is a fast-growing real estate marketing company based in the U.S. We help realtors stand out with cinematic property videos, photos, 3D tours, drone work, and social media content. As our client base expands, we need a reliable recruiter who can continuously source and vet skilled video editors from the Philippines to join our creative pipeline.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and recommending freelance/contract video editors. Your role will be to deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates every quarter, ensuring we always have editors ready to onboard as our projects scale.

Responsibilities

* Source and attract skilled video editors from the Philippines through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative outreach.
* Screen candidates based on portfolio, technical skills, internet reliability, communication, and professionalism.
* Coordinate test edits and ensure candidates meet CPV Media’s quality standards.
* Build and maintain a candidate bench for ongoing hiring needs.
* Deliver 5–10 pre-vetted candidates each quarter.
* Track candidate progress and follow up on retention to ensure long-term quality placements.

Requirements

* Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for creative or media roles.
* Strong knowledge of where and how to source top Filipino video editors.
* Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
* Detail-oriented with the ability to pre-screen for both skills and reliability.
* Ability to work independently, deliver results on time, and maintain ongoing talent pipelines.

Compensation & Payment Terms

* Quarterly Retainer: $250 (paid at the start of each quarter).
* Per Hire Fee: $200 for each successful candidate hired.
* Retention Bonus: $75 per hire if the candidate remains with CPV Media for at least 90 days.
* Performance Bonus: If 3 or more hires are made in a quarter, the per hire fee increases to \$250 per hire.
* Payment Schedule: Retainer is paid upfront at the beginning of each quarter. Per Hire Fees are paid within 7 days of a candidate’s official start date. Retention Bonuses are paid within 7 days after the 90-day mark is reached.
