I run a fast-paced, AI-powered real estate business and need a Virtual Assistant who’s organized, tech-savvy, and knows how to execute without hand-holding.
You’ll be supporting lead generation, social media, systems cleanup, and making my brand look sharp across the board. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead generation (build lists, manage CRM, organize follow-up)
Clean up and manage all social media accounts
Produce and schedule short-form video content
Organize Google Drive like a pro
Revamp all marketing materials (flyers, listing templates, presentations, etc.)
Create a new logo
Build and automate follow-up campaigns + group outreach in BoldTrail
Make small edits to a GoDaddy website (no dev skills needed, just common sense)
What You Must Already Know:
Real estate experience (Canadian or U.S. market is a plus)
Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (KV Core, BoldTrail, etc.)
Social media scheduling tools (Meta Planner, Later, or similar)
Fluent written English
Reliable internet, quiet space, and self-directed work ethic
