Web Designer / Developer (Framer + Elementor Expert, Design-Focused)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly skilled, design-focused web designer/developer who is fluent in Framer and Elementor. This role is not just about plugging content into templates — we need someone with a strong design eye, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to build modern, high-converting websites from concept to completion.

You’ll be working on projects for a UK-based digital marketing agency. Our clients expect premium quality design and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Build websites in Framer and Elementor with a focus on design, performance, and responsiveness.

Take existing brand guidelines and bring them to life with clean, modern layouts.

Collaborate on wireframes and prototypes in Figma (or similar tools) before development.

Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs across devices.

Keep detailed track of tasks and progress in Asana (non-negotiable).

Suggest creative improvements rather than simply following instructions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Framer AND Elementor (must show portfolio examples).

5+ years of experience with Figma (or similar design tools).

Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and document your process.

Excellent English communication skills.

Detail-oriented — your designs should never feel like a “copy and paste” job.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with SEO best practices for web design.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to tweak elements as needed.

Experience working with international clients.
