TikTok Content Editor & Strategist- Spirituality/ Art Niche

We’re looking for a TikTok Content Editor + Growth Strategist to help scale a fast-growing brand in the spirituality & relationship niche for my account with over 50k followers. Your role will be to create and post content that preforms well organically, and will then be ran as spark ads. Compensation: Performance-based with rev-share of sales.

What You’ll Do:
- Create, edit, and post daily TikTok content designed to drive curiosity, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify top-performing organic videos to create a winning content pillars/ strategy
- Do competitor research

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with TikTok content growth .
- Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm, and winning creative layout (hooks, format, angles, etc).
- Ability to analyze metrics and pivot strategy fast.
- Creative thinker who can tailor content to spirituality/relationship audiences.
- Assistance scaling ad campaigns quickly and efficiently
