Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help us create, improve, and manage our internal business processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, documenting procedures, and making systems more efficient. You’ll play a key part in streamlining operations, building clear documentation, and ensuring our team has the resources they need to work effectively.
Responsibilities:
Create, document, and refine internal business processes.
Develop and maintain Google Docs, Sheets, and other templates for tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
Work with different teams to understand workflows and translate them into clear, repeatable processes.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Maintain internal documentation libraries and ensure processes are easy to follow.
Support the onboarding of new tea
Qualifications:
Experience creating and organizing internal processes and documentation.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to clearly explain complex workflows in writing.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve systems.
Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or process management is a plus.
