SENIOR US ACCOUNTANT (WFH | 100K–150K PHP + HMO + 13TH MONTH)

We’re a growing US-focused accounting firm looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented accountant to join our drama-free, hardworking, and fun remote team.

==== WHAT YOU’LL DO ====
• Manage client accounts and work directly with US clients & CPAs
• Review tea ---------- mbers’ work for accuracy before submitting reports
• Full-cycle accounting: payroll, reconciliations, balance sheet, journal entries
• Prepare & file sales tax returns and 1099s
• Support audits, accruals/deferrals, and intercompany reconciliations
• Communicate financials clearly to clients
• Train and mentor junior staff
• 40% client-facing, 60% technical accounting work
• Adapt to new processes, systems, and software

During tax season, expect up to 60 hrs/week with OT pay (1.5x). The rest of the year: standard 40 hrs/week.

==== WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ====
Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

2+ years full-cycle accounting experience (US GAAP preferred)

1+ year working night shift

Experience with US clients (preferred)

Strong Excel (pivot tables, formulas)

Excellent spoken & written English

Organized, detail-oriented, dependable

Stable internet + backup connection

Friendly, team-oriented personality

Nice to Have:

CPA license (PH)

Strong in QuickBooks Online/Desktop

US tax experience

Big Four experience
