JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are seeking a part-time Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our growing business, starting at 15-20 hours per week. We are an established (since 2018) and expanding brand focused on Amazon FBA.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to complete tasks independently with accuracy and minimal supervision. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to help ensure the efficient operations and continued success.

Tasks include updating our weekly inventory tracker, preparing FBA shipments and logging them accurately, creating cases in Seller Central, and assisting with our supplier ordering process such as preparing inspection forms and requesting quotes from suppliers through Alibaba.

This is an entry-level position with potential for growth in responsibility and hours. We will provide training, but hope that you will have a foundation of Amazon FBA knowledge already. We are looking for a sharp, self motivated person to learn and grow with our company!

Important qualifications for this role:

> Some Amazon Seller Central experience (ideally 1+ years), or else Amazon training such as ASVA certification
> Organized, proactive, highly detail oriented
> Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
> Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately, with minimal supervision
> Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs, and can keep data up to date without making errors (You don’t have to be a pro at these, just familiar with the basics and can do data entry)
> Strong research skills
> Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new skills quickly
> Team player with a friendly, collaborative mindset
> Willing to take on tedious/repetitive tasks
> Someone who's excited to grow and learn

Ideal qualifications but not required:

> Experience using Alibaba and coordinating with suppliers
> Experience with Excel formulas and data analysis
> Analytical skills
> Experience using SoStocked
> Familiarity with platforms such as Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, Faire


Work Schedule:

This role will start at 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday PH time. Most of your work can be done in your preferred hours. However, you must be available for occasional meetings 7 AM - 9 AM PH time, and it’s preferred if you can be available to work some hours during the regular daytime workday PH time. Being available during these daytime working hours will make it easier to collaborate on projects with the rest of the team, who are also based in the Philippines.

We understand you may have other freelance jobs, since this is a part time position. However our preference is that you are not already holding a full time position, since this role is 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow further.
