Virtual Assistant (VA) with Zapier/Automation & SaaS Experience

Description:
We are a SaaS company in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with strong Zapier and automation skills.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Zapier/Make workflows for Freshchat, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack.

Help integrate ChatGPT prompts into support, lead generation, and reporting flows.

Document SOPs for each automation.

Monitor automations weekly and troubleshoot issues.

Occasionally assist with CRM data cleanup and reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zapier (required), Make/Integromat (preferred).

Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).

Bonus: experience setting up AI workflows (ChatGPT, OpenAI API).

Excellent written English (must be able to document workflows clearly).

Self-starter, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Budget:

$5-10 per hour.
