Virtual Assistant /QBO Bookkeeper/Cold Calling

Virtual Assistant Position Available
Are you a highly organized and versatile individual with excellent multitasking abilities? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to efficiently handle various tasks remotely. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Availability – Must be able to work during Eastern Time Zone hours.
- QBO Bookkeeping – Manage QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts, including data entry, reconciliations, and generating financial reports.
- Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers, provide assistance, and address inquiries. Strong communication and a customer-focused approach are required.
- Lead Generation – Research and identify potential leads using various online platforms and tools. Proactively seek out opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred experience in cold calling and customer service
