Fulfillment Manager (B2B Sales/Marketing | ?150k–?200k + Equity)
Location: Remote
Compensation: 150,000 – 200,000 PHP/ month (depending on experience) + Phantom Equity (company profit share, growth-based)
Reports to: GM
Direct Reports: 10+ Setters + Lead Sales Instructor (David)

PMHOA Pro is a B2B outsourced sales company serving U.S.-based home service providers (roofing, HVAC, remediation, and related trades). We help our clients secure more commercial accounts — particularly property managers and HOAs — through a proven outreach and relationship-building process. Think of us as a marketing agency, but instead of running ads, we run full-cycle outbound sales campaigns on behalf of our clients.
Role Overview
The Fulfillment Manager will be the head of our fulfillment department, overseeing all client-facing delivery of services. They will ensure our systems, team, and service quality continuously improve.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep experience in marketing or outsourced sales services, workforce management, and client success. The Fulfillment Manager will have full authority in the department: hiring, account assignments, coaching, training, scaling the team, and, when necessary, terminations. They will also serve as the primary escalation point for clients, representing PMHOA Pro with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
Directly manage a team of ~10+ Setters and the Lead Sales Instructor
Make key workforce decisions: hiring, terminations, promotions, and account assignments
Review Quality Assurance performance assessments (completed by QA Lead) and take corrective actions as needed
Build a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
Grow the team’s capacity over time, including development of Team Leads
Client Management
Serve as the senior point of contact for clients when escalations arise
Lead select client-facing meetings, especially those requiring a management perspective
Understand each client’s expectations and ensure our service adapts to meet them
Present a polished, confident presence on calls, capable of reassurance and persuasion
Service Development & Quality Control
Continuously refine PMHOA Pro’s fulfillment systems and processes to achieve higher ROI for clients
Monitor results across accounts to identify gaps, patterns, and market shifts
Drive the creation of new service products, features, or deliverables that add client value
Ensure every Quality Interaction from our Setters is consistent and professional
Operational Excellence
Translate sales promises into fulfillment execution
Oversee reporting and dashboards to track campaign performance
Proactively identify risks to client retention and address them before they escalate
Ensure smooth handoff between Sales ? Fulfillment and Client ? Fulfillment
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in outsourced sales, marketing services, or B2B client delivery (agency or similar background strongly preferred)
Proven track record of managing and scaling teams (10+ direct reports; experience with Team Leads a plus)
Exceptional client-facing communication skills (confident, persuasive, and professional under pressure)
Strong ability to improve systems and refine processes over time
Adept at spotting market trends and adjusting services accordingly
Proactive problem solver with entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Compensation & Growth
Base: ?150,000 – ?200,000 per year (depending on experience)
Phantom Equity Options: Profit share that grows with the company’s success
