Virtual Assistant – Facebook Group Monitoring & Lead Capture (Nassau, Bahamas Tourism)

I run a small boat charter company in Nassau, Bahamas, and I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help me identify potential customers inside Facebook groups related to cruise ships and travel.

Your main task will be to:

Monitor 30+ Facebook groups daily that I am a member of

Search for and flag posts where travelers are asking about boat charters, excursions, or tours in Nassau, Bahamas

Record leads in a simple Google Sheet (post link, user name, date, group)

Send me a daily summary of leads via email or WhatsApp

(Optional) Draft polite, professional reply templates I can post as comments

Requirements:

Strong written English (clear and friendly tone)

Experience with Facebook and group/community engagement

Attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Comfortable handling repetitive daily tasks

Hours & Pay:

About 1 hour per day, 7 days/week (or ~7 hours total)

Rate: $5–$8 USD/hour to start (open to discussion)

Payment weekly

Bonus Skills (not required but helpful):

Background in tourism, hospitality, or customer service

Experience drafting replies / sales messages

Familiarity with cruise ship travel
