Credit and Banking Report Specialist

The ChexSystems & Early Warning Specialist is responsible for analyzing, advising, and managing solutions related to negative banking reports. This role focuses on helping clients and/or institutions understand, dispute, and resolve adverse records in ChexSystems and Early Warning, with the goal of restoring eligibility for bank account openings and improving financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze ChexSystems and Early Warning reports to identify errors, inconsistencies, or negative records.
• Guide clients through the dispute and verification process in compliance with federal regulations (FCRA, FDIC, etc.).
• Draft and send formal dispute and validation letters to financial institutions and reporting agencies.
• Provide clients with personalized strategies and banking alternatives while disputes are in progress.
• Stay current on consumer data laws, regulatory updates, and best practices in banking report management.
• Educate clients on preventive strategies to avoid future negative reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, compliance, customer service) to ensure effective solutions and client success.
