Full Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a professional Full Stack Web Developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure websites and applications. This is a long-term role for someone who can take ownership of projects, solve problems independently, and bring innovative solutions to the team.
This role will also involve building and scaling SaaS products, so experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining multi-tenant applications and subscription-based platforms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and full-scale web applications.
Build and optimize scalable SaaS applications, ensuring robust architecture for growth and high user volume.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end.
Architect and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).
Develop APIs and integrate third-party tools and services.
Implement authentication, role-based access, and subscription/payment systems.
Optimize website and application performance (page speed, SEO best practices, security hardening).
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.
Work with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built systems).
Implement version control (Git/GitHub) and follow structured development workflows.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership on new feature development.
Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer (with portfolio).
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, MySQL.
Proficient in modern frameworks like React.js, Node.js, Next.js, or Angular.
Proven experience in developing and deploying SaaS products (multi-tenant architecture, subscription models, payment gateways, role-based access).
Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and custom-built web solutions.
Knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, Digital Ocean, GCP, or similar).
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and agile development processes.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma/Adobe XD.
Experience in server-side technologies (Laravel, Express.js)
Familiarity with API security, authentication, and data protection practices.
Background in setting up analytics and monitoring for SaaS platforms.
Experience integrating Stripe, PayPal, or other payment systems.
