Our client, a growing company in the real estate space, is seeking an SEO Specialist with strong link-building experience to join their team. This role will focus on developing and executing effective link-building strategies to improve organic visibility, strengthen domain authority, and drive qualified traffic to their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute link-building campaigns tailored to the real estate industry.
Research and identify high-quality websites, blogs, and digital publications for outreach opportunities.
Conduct competitor backlink analysis to uncover new link opportunities.
Perform targeted outreach to webmasters, journalists, and bloggers to secure backlinks and placements.
Track, analyze, and report on link-building efforts and their impact on SEO performance.
Ensure all link-building practices follow Google’s Webmaster Guidelines and white-hat SEO methods.
Collaborate with the content team to create and promote link-worthy assets (e.g., blogs, guides, infographics).
Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link acquisition.
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO link building and outreach campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink quality metrics, and ranking factors.
Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or SimilarWeb.
Excellent communication and outreach skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Prior experience in real estate
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
Experience in PR outreach or digital partnerships.
Knowledge of content marketing strategies that support link acquisition.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
