Position: Compliance Officer
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Pay: $125 per week
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the company’s operations
Conduct regular audits of documentation and internal processes
Assist in developing and updating compliance policies and procedures
Deliver staff training on compliance-related topics
Investigate and report any compliance issues or violations
Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities

Qualifications:
Previous experience in compliance, healthcare administration, or a related field is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
Familiarity with home care or healthcare regulations is a plus but not required
