Mechanical engineering technician

I'm looking for an individual that understands steam and hot water boiler systems, mechanical HVAC systems, and temperature controls. Added benefit if you are familiar with reading mechanical plans, specifications, and doing estimating takeoffs. Another benefit if you know how to use the software program "bidtracer".
Responsibilities include: mechanical takeoffs, bid estimation, proposal generation, reformatting of proposals.
