Full Product Research, Sourcing & Listing VA (Amazon to eBay Dropshipping)

I’m looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VA with experience in ZIK Analytics, multilogin, product sourcing, and eBay listing for Amazon to eBay dropshipping.

Your Responsibilities

Product Research (via ZIK Analytics):

You will :

Find eBay sellers with 1,000+ feedback by inputting high quality search terms into the ebay search bar

Use ZIK Analytics to identify high-potential products by:

Running stores through the Competitor Research tool

Filtering results by:

4+ sales in the last 30 days

10 or fewer competitors

Collect products that meet these criteria.

Product Sourcing:

Source each product on from Amazon

Record the following in a structured Google Sheet ( google sheet will be provided to you ):

Product IDs Criteria (ASIN):
- include only items that are above 3.3 stars on the source website, and if there are no reviews on the listing page make sure that the seller has an average of over 3.3 stars and has been selling for at least 2 years )
With that in mind, the majority of the items should have over 4 stars

- the ebay price ( original listing found ) should be 20% greater than the amazon source price, this ensures that our new listings have a good profit margin

Product Listing:

List each sourced product onto eBay with accurate titles, descriptions, and images

Looking for skills in photo editing ( optional, to reduce/prevent reverse image searching )

Ensure pricing matches the research sheet and is optimized for profit margins

Set the handling time on the ebay listing to same day handling time using business policies, selected economy shipping when selecting the shipping service and select the option of 1-5 days or 1-10 days depending on how long the item from the specific listing takes to ship

You will also be attaching product links to my price / stock tracker ----------

Requirements

Experience with ZIK Analytics and eBay product research

Understanding of Amazon to eBay product sourcing

Familiarity with eBay listing best practices

High attention to detail — avoid mismatches and ensure accuracy

Reliable, efficient, and able to deliver large volumes daily

Compensation: $150 for 1000 listings completed ( including their products sourced )
- 15$ upfront for the first 100 listings completed, if the work completed is satisfactory then I will send
60$ for the next 400 listings and when all 1000 are completed I will send the remaining 75$

Bonus potential for consistent, high-quality results

Goal

Your work will directly support building an eBay account that will reach ~2,700 sales every 30 days through high-quality product research, sourcing, and listings.
