Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to join our team and drive measurable improvements in conversion rates for our ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in website redesign, UX/UI design using Figma, and expertise in optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) to maximize conversions. You will analyze user behavior, implement data-driven strategies, and continuously improve website performance to boost sales and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities





Website Redesign: Lead the redesign of ecommerce websites to improve user experience, streamline navigation, and increase conversion rates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.



Figma Expertise: Utilize Figma to create, iterate, and collaborate on high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for website and PDP enhancements.



Conversion Rate Optimization: Develop and execute CRO strategies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user journey analysis, to identify and address barriers to conversion.



PDP Optimization: Enhance Product Detail Pages by improving layout, visuals, copy, and calls-to-action to drive higher add-to-cart rates and reduce bounce rates.



Data Analysis & Measurement: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar) to measure website performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.



User Behavior Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including heatmaps, session recordings, and customer surveys, to understand user behavior and inform optimization strategies.



Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement design changes, ensure technical feasibility, and align CRO efforts with broader business objectives.



Reporting: Provide regular reports on CRO performance, including insights, test results, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications





Experience: 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX/UI design, or a related role, with a proven track record of improving conversion rates for ecommerce websites.



Figma Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma for designing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, with a focus on ecommerce website and PDP optimization.



Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) and experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).



Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus to collaborate effectively with developers during implementation.



Ecommerce Expertise: Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including PDP optimization, checkout flow, and user journey mapping.



Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify pain points, and propose creative, data-driven solutions to improve conversions.



Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and articulate design rationales.



Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills





Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.



Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on CRO.



Familiarity with customer psychology and persuasion techniques to enhance user engagement.



Experience with heatmapping and user behavior tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
