Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Hours: 5 hours per day, 3 days/week (TOTAL : 15hrs per week)

Pay: 2250PHP per week+ performance bonus

Start Date: ASAP

We are a fast-growing cleaning and gardening company based in Melbourne, Australia, offering residential and commercial cleaning/gardening services. We’re now expanding and looking for a driven, enthusiastic remote team member to help us grow through social media outreach and provide admin/operations support.

Job Description:

As our Social Media Outreach Specialist, your role is to connect with small local businesses in Melbourne via social media (mainly Facebook), introduce them to our services, and invite them to try our promotional cleaning offer. You’ll also support our operations by helping find cleaners/subcontractors and coordinating basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Use our Facebook and social media accounts to search and connect with small business owners in Melbourne.
- Send professional, friendly messages to introduce our business and offer a trial clean.
* Maintain a log of all conversations and leads in a simple spreadsheet or CRM.
* Follow up with interested leads and hand over qualified contacts to our sales or bookings team.
* Help source and vet cleaners/subcontractors (e.g., posting in FB groups, shortlisting, basic screening).
* Coordinate schedules and job details between clients and cleaners; assist with rescheduling/ETAs.
* Collect quotes from cleaners/subcontractors and help compile simple job proposals.
* Assist with client communication (messages, confirmations, updates) and basic team coordination.
* Help us understand which outreach messages work best by sharing feedback and improving communication.

Requirements:

* Strong written English and communication skills.
* Active Facebook and social media presence.
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or lead generation is a plus.
* Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Chatty, have high energy
* Familiar with Melbourne or Australian businesses (preferred but not required).
* Comfortable with sourcing cleaners/subcontractors, basic coordination, getting quotes, and communicating with clients/cleaners.
