We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who can support our team behind the scenes while also helping us grow through lead generation and outreach. This is a role where you’ll wear a few different hats —part admin, part marketing support, part sales — and play a key role in keeping the agency moving forward.

What you’ll do:
- Help manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team
- Schedule and organize social media content across platforms
- Complete behind-the-scenes tasks that keep client projects moving forward
- Research potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our services
- Reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads for our team
- Jump in on miscellaneous tasks when needed (flexibility is key)
