YouTube Shorts Video Editor & Voiceover Specialist (Commentary/Faceless Channel)

We are launching a YouTube Shorts channel in the Commentary / Faceless niche and are looking for a creative video editor and voiceover specialist to join our team.

Our goal is to produce engaging, fast-paced, and high-retention short videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for the YouTube Shorts algorithm.

Responsibilities
Edit 7 Shorts per week (15–60 seconds each)
Add dynamic text, captions, animations, zooms, and sound effects to increase watch time
Generate natural-sounding voiceovers using ElevenLabs or other AI tools (we provide the scripts)
Deliver high-quality vertical videos (1080:1400) ready for upload to YouTube
Stay updated with current trends, hooks, and viral formats in the Shorts niche

Requirements
Proven experience with Short-form content editing (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels)
Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Familiarity with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript)
Strong sense for pacing, engagement, and storytelling
Ability to work with tight deadlines and deliver multiple videos weekly
Portfolio with relevant work samples (links required!!!)
