Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Growth Coordinator to keep our business running smoothly and growing consistently. You will be the engine that ensures our systems, partners, and customer experience are all streamlined. Your focus will be on operations, affiliate program growth, retailer outreach, and managing freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Customer Experience

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure processes are running efficiently.

Handle and coordinate customer service responses (email inquiries, order issues).

Maintain SOPs for fulfillment, affiliate tracking, and customer care.

Affiliate Program Growth

Recruit new affiliates and brand ambassadors.

Manage affiliate platform, track performance, and ensure payouts are accurate.

Regularly communicate with affiliates and provide them content/support.

Retail & Partnership Outreach

Research and build lists of retail prospects across Canada.

Create and send outreach messages to retailers/distributors.

Track leads and follow-ups in CRM/spreadsheet.

Team & Freelancer Management

Coordinate freelancers (designers, copywriters, web developers).

Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with brand standards.

Report weekly on progress and issues.

Nice to Have (but not required):

Basic knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads (coordinate with ad contractors).

Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).

Who You Are:

Organized, detail-driven, and reliable.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience in e-commerce operations, affiliate programs, or digital marketing.

Proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Compensation:

Part-time to start (15–20 hrs/week).

$600–$1,000/month depending on experience.

Opportunity for performance bonuses tied to affiliate/revenue growth.
