From social media ads to website assets and campaign visuals, your work will be central to engaging audiences and enhancing brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities
Creative Development: Conceptualize and produce engaging animation and graphic design content aligned with client brand strategies and campaign goals.
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, audience-friendly visual narratives that boost engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketing strategists, and media teams to develop unified, high-performing creative assets.
Execution Across Platforms: Deliver high-quality graphics and animations for social media, websites, ads, and other digital channels.
Trendspotting: Stay ahead of design, animation, and digital media trends to keep Rubix and clients innovative and competitive.
Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

What You Bring
Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Figma, with proven experience in animation and design.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to turn abstract concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Branding Knowledge: Strong grasp of branding, layout, typography, and color theory in digital media.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
Detail Orientation: Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Growth Mindset: Passion for innovation and staying up to date with the latest design and animation tools, techniques, and trends.

Qualifications
Proven experience in graphic design and animation with a strong portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic and technical skills.
Experience creating high-quality visuals for performance-driven digital campaigns (social, web, ads).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines.
