We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with direct experience creating ad variants for Instagram from raw UGC assets. This role is not about general editing — it’s specifically about taking raw creator hooks & bodies and remixing them into fully finished ad units optimized for performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Take raw assets (hooks, mid-bodies, CTAs) from creators and edit them into 3–5 complete ad variants.
• Format for Instagram feed, reels, and stories.
• Apply strong pacing, text overlays, captions, and music to maximize engagement in the first 3 seconds.
• Collaborate with our growth team to quickly test and iterate.
• Organize project files and keep editing workflow efficient and scalable.
Requirements:
• Proven experience editing UGC into paid ads for Instagram (please do not apply if you don’t have this).
• Must provide portfolio examples showing multiple ad variants created from the same raw assets.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hook emphasis, and ad performance editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to overlap with US EST 9am–2pm daily.
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with running ads on Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with TikTok ad remixing (similar workflow).
Compensation & Workload:
• Expectation: 35-40 ads/week
• The first two weeks would be per-project fees to demonstrate your skills before moving to a full-time arrangement
