Part-Time Cold Caller

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: 4 hrs/day × 4 days/week (night shift Manila time)
Pay: $4/hr + $3 per appointment booked + $50 per sale closed

About Us

We help solo real estate agents and small teams in the US automate their business and grow revenue. We’re looking for a motivated cold caller to book qualified meetings and help drive sales.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to US real estate agents and small teams

Present our automation solutions and qualify leads

Book meetings in Google Calendar & update lead info in Notion

Record call notes (objections, questions, interest level)

Follow up if needed and keep the sales pipeline organized

Schedule

Best US calling window: 10 AM – 2 PM US time ? 10 PM – 2 AM Manila time

4 hrs/day × 4 days/week (16 hrs/week to start)

Focused calls for maximum results

What We Offer

Base pay: $4/hr

Appointment booked bonus: $3 per meeting

Sale closed bonus: $50 per deal

Requirements

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales

Excellent English communication (speaking & writing)

Reliable internet connection & quiet work environment

Comfortable with Aircall, Notion, Google Calendar, Slack, ---------- (or willing to learn)
