Community Manager (Part-Time, potentially Full-Time)
We are Lotgenootje, a fast-growing e-commerce brand that has achieved over $3M in revenue within just 1.5 years. Our unique weighted stuffed animals provide comfort, calm, and emotional support for both children and adults. What sets us apart is not only our product innovation but also the strong community we are building around our brand. We are the market leader in Netherland, Belgium and Germany for this booming niche.
We are currently looking for a Community Manager to help manage and nurture our rapidly growing private group on
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and engage with our community across 3 daily check-ins (morning, afternoon, and evening).
- Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for our members.
- Answer questions, Respond to post, moderate posts, and escalate issues where needed.
- Work closely with our existing customer support tea
- Provide insights and feedback from the community to help improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Good with translating in AI. (Our consumers are Dutch in the community)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing online communities.
- Availability to dedicate around 2–3 hours per day, spread across 3 check-ins. Work in the weekends.
- Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

- Starting rate of $2.20 per hour.
