JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We are looking to hire an Automation Specialist to join our high-level automation and operations team at a cold email marketing lead generation agency.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on creating complex workflows from scratch, solving problems with automation, and leveraging the latest AI tools to streamline processes.


Key Responsibilities

Automation Development: Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows using ---------- , Airtable, Slack, Clay, and Lovable.
Lovable Builds: You must know how to create apps and workflows inside Lovable, not just use prebuilt ones.
Problem Solving: Translate business and operational challenges into smart, automated solutions.
Workflow Architecture: Build scalable systems that connect tools and platforms into seamless pipelines.
AI & Tool Integration: Stay up-to-date on the latest automation and AI tools and implement them where they add value.
Operations Support: Work directly with campaign managers and GTM teams to automate lead management, reporting, and outreach.
Testing & Monitoring: Ensure automations run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and constantly improve reliability.


Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in workflow automation.
Deep expertise in ---------- , Airtable, Slack, Clay, and Lovable.
Proven experience building automations from scratch (not just tweaking existing ones).
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think both big picture and detail-focused.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be proficient in English and able to communicate ideas clearly.


Preferred Skills

Experience with cold email infrastructure and lead generation workflows.
Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing tools, and campaign reporting systems.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Basic scripting to support custom automation.
