Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer & Admin Assistant. This is a remote, part-time position — ideal for someone looking to gain e-commerce experience while earning steady income.

Important Note:
In the past, we’ve worked with VAs who simply pulled products from leads lists, and that is not acceptable. We are only looking for someone who can source products organically using their own skills, strategies, and tools. We value honesty, consistency, and the ability to find real, profitable leads. If hired, we want to build a solid relationship with you for years to come, not just a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

Product Sourcing

Research and source 5–10 solid, profitable leads per day for resale on Amazon.

Use Keepa and SellerAmp to analyze product data (sales rank, ROI, competition, offer count movement, etc.).

Identify online deals from retail websites that meet our sourcing criteria.

Leverage coupons, cashback, and discounts to lower sourcing costs and increase ROI.

Record leads in a clear and organized spreadsheet.

Admin Work

Check for inventory leakage and lost inventory in Amazon Seller Central.

Track reimbursements and FBA-related discrepancies.

Assist with other administrative tasks related to Amazon account management.

Provide daily/weekly progress updates.

Requirements:

Experience using Keepa and SellerAmp (required).

Proven ability to generate 5–10 qualified leads per day.

Experience using coupons, cashback, and discount strategies for sourcing (required).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Must be able to work during U.S. daytime hours (no exceptions).

Must be able to commit to ~80 hours per month (about 20 hours per week).

Reliable internet connection.

Comfortable with repetitive admin tasks and data entry.

Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.

Compensation:

$4 per hour (remote, part-time: ~80 hours/month).
