General Virtual Assistant Needed :)

I'm a wedding photographer and educator (podcaster and digital course creator) based in Canada and I'm in search of a virtual assistant who can help support sporadically when needed.

I'm looking for someone who gets energy and joy from providing others with the support they need to get tasks and projects started and done. It's less about the task at hand, but more about being a helping hand wherever needed.

Here are the types of tasks I can see needing support with when I need an extra hand:

- Setting up + improving automations within different software
- Help with general admin tasks as needed
- Uploading content to a Squarespace blog and keywording photos for SEO
- Updating relevant SOPs as we work together and if things change (I'll show you how to do this)

And possibly also...

- Editing podcast episodes in Descript
- Uploading podcast episodes to Podcast software and YouTube
- Creating reels in Descript from podcast clips

What I am NOT looking for:
* If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply.
* If you are NOT strong in communicating in English, please do not apply.
* If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply.

What I'm looking for:

* Working Smart and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or length of a resume

* Dedicated, Detail Oriented, Loyal, On-Time, Organized, Hits Deadlines, Quick Learner, Problem Solver, Smart, strong in English.

* Interest in supporting with admin and software/tech tasks

As a heads up, tasks vary season to season. From May - October is my busy wedding season, and from November - April is the season I focus more on education and marketing, so the hours may vary from season to season.

I'm estimating that I have roughly about 5-10 hours of work available each week. Each week will vary. Sometimes I may need more if there is a big project we are launching, sometimes less.
