???? Job Opening: Media Buyer (Facebook & TikTok) + Creative Maker

About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand operating in the US market. We are currently scaling rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated Media Buyer who can manage and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and ---------- — and also create strong, converting ad creatives (UGC style, video edits, banners).

Your Role
As our Media Buyer, you will be responsible for:

Launching and managing Facebook & TikTok ad campaigns.

Daily optimization to improve ROAS and scaling winners.

Creating, editing, and testing new creatives (UGC, short-form video, carousels).

Analyzing results and preparing clear daily/weekly reports.

Setting up retargeting campaigns and lookalike audiences.

Working closely with our team (product listers, support staff, management) to achieve consistent results.

Requirements

Proven experience in Facebook & TikTok Ads (US market experience preferred).

Ability to create and edit video creatives (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Strong understanding of scaling strategies and campaign structures (CBO, ABO, horizontal/vertical scaling).

Good English communication skills.

Reliable, proactive, team player, and result-oriented.
