JOB OVERVIEW

Gilson Property Group is a boutique property management company specializing in premium vacation rentals in Breckenridge, Colorado. We’ve just launched a new direct booking website and are scaling our marketing efforts to drive more traffic, capture leads, and increase conversions.

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Automation Manager to own our digital revenue funnel — from ad campaigns to tracking, retargeting, and CRM automations.

You will:
• Manage and optimize retargeting campaigns on Meta Ads + Google Ads.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (Meta Pixel, Google GTag, GTM, GA4 events).
• Build and automate email + SMS flows in Zoho (SalesIQ, CRM, Marketing Automation).
• Segment audiences (site visitors, cart abandoners, video viewers) and sync CRM data into ad platforms.
• Brief UGC/video editors and repurpose creative into high-converting ad assets.
• Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and pipeline revenue impact.

Key Skills
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads/GA4
• Hands-on experience with Pixels, GTM, and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (SalesIQ, CRM, Marketing Automation, Flowdesk)
• Proven record of building retargeting funnels and email flows that convert
• Comfortable working independently and reporting results directly to the CEO
• Clear written English communication (for briefs, reporting, and updates)

Work Setup
• Remote
• Flexible hours (work on your best schedule; no strict overlap needed with US business hours)
• Weekly reporting deadlines required

Compensation - $1,200–$2,000 USD/mo depending on experience
• Full-time: , depending on experience
• Part-time option: Available (we’re open to starting part-time and scaling)
