We are Clarke & Wright, a leading legal consultancy specialising in wills and estate planning for older consumers. Together with our associated firm, Mercian Accountants, we have a growing team in the Philippines.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service and are now looking for a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our client services team. In this role, you’ll be vital in managing client cases, communications, invoicing, and administrative tasks, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: PHP 50,000–60,000/month depending on experience
28 days paid leave (including 8 UK public holidays)

About You
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Age: 30 or over
Experience:
At least 5 years of full-time work in a professional administrative or client services role
Including experience with a major international corporate employer
Tech:
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Language: Excellent spoken and written British English, with a clear and neutral accent
Work Hours: Able to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM UK time, Monday to Friday
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (not essential, but desirable)

Exceptionally organised and proactive
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and via
Highly dependable, discreet, and self-motivated
Enjoys improving systems, flagging issues, and keeping things in order
Your Responsibilities
Client Communication: Respond to enquiries and maintain timely, professional contact
Document Preparation: Draft and format legal documents using templates and training provided
Email
Digital Filing: Organise, name, and maintain digital folders and files consistently
Invoicing & Credit Control:
Create and send invoices
Track payments, issue reminders, and escalate overdue accounts
Liaise with clients regarding billing or payment queries
Ad-Hoc Admin: Provide general support across legal and accountancy teams when needed
