JOB OVERVIEW:

I’m looking for a senior-level designer who LOVES all things branding, logo design, and web design. You’ll be my second creative brain and my right-hand for client projects — someone who’s just as strategic as they are creative. Most of our clients are in the health, wellness, and personal development space, so if you get excited about building brands and websites that not only look beautiful but also inspire trust, connection, and real results, you’ll feel right at home here.

I need someone who’s confident taking the lead on design projects. You’ll be working at the intersection of developing brand concepts and guidelines and wireframing in Figma, to building out full custom websites in Squarespace. You’ll be the kind of designer who thrives in fast-paced Website Sprint projects (like our Website in a Week), and who can run with an idea from strategy all the way to polished launch without needing micromanagement. I’ll lean on you to bring fresh creative ideas to the table, package everything into beautiful, cohesive deliverables, and ultimately help me deliver work that exceeds client expectations every time.

This is a high-trust role where you’ll have freedom to shape the creative process alongside me. Over time, I’d love for you to step into a leadership position, eventually taking full ownership of brand and website design projects and possibly even client-facing responsibilities as our agency grows.
