Sales & Support VA for Australian Cleaning Business (Long-Term)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Support Virtual Assistant to join our cleaning business team. This is a long-term role with stable hours, consistent pay, and room to grow.

You will be responsible for contacting new leads, booking their cleaning service, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and cleaners.

*Responsibilities*
-Answer inbound calls from new leads and customers (via laptop or phone).
-Call new leads to provide quotes and book cleaning services.
-Call and text cleaners to coordinate schedules and provide support.
-Call and text customers to provide updates and assistance.

*Mandatory Requirements*
-Clear spoken English
-Stable internet connection
-Own laptop for work
-Decent microphone quality (customers must hear you clearly)
-Shift availability (Manila Time):
a-Monday to Friday 6:30am – 11:00am
b-OR Monday to Friday 11:00am – 3:30pm

(Please specify which shift you can do. Preference will be given to candidates who can cover both shifts.)

*What We Offer*
-Base Rate: $6 AUD per hour.
-Weekly payments direct to you via WISE

*If you pass the probation period:*
-Base Rate: $6 AUD per hour.
-Weekly payments direct to you via WISE
-Stable, long-term contract, our cleaning business is well-established and low risk.
-Commission: $10 AUD for each new customer after reaching the minimum weekly goal
-Paid Leave: 2 weeks per year.
