I run a YouTube channel focused on AI tech tutorials. I am looking for a reliable video editor to help bring my ideas to life. My style is educational, and I want an editor who can match that vibe.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing 1 YouTube video per week (usually 5–12 minutes each).
Adding engaging cuts, captions, transitions, B-roll, and music where needed.
Keeping a consistent style across videos while also making each one engaging.
Turning around drafts quickly (2–3 days max).
What I’m Looking For:
Strong experience editing YouTube videos (please send me samples).
Knowledge of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for YouTube.
Reliable communication — you don’t disappear after being assigned a video. If you are known for ghosting, please don't waste my time or yours
Attention to detail and creativity.
Budget: $6–$8 USD per hour, paid weekly. If you’re great, there’s room to increase hours and pay over time.
How to Apply (Important — Please Read Carefully)
To avoid ghosting (which I’ve had happen before), I’ve set up a short test to make sure we’re a good fit:
Send me a quick intro — your name, editing experience, and favorite YouTuber.
Include 2–3 links to your past YouTube-style edits (not corporate promos, but actual YouTube content).
Tell me your internet speed (send a screenshot if you can).
Tell me what video editing software you use.
Write the phrase “I’m reliable and I won’t ghost” at the top of your application.
If you pass this first step, I’ll send you a paid test project (3 hours max). This way you get paid for your time, and I can see your editing style before we commit long-term.
Why Work With Me:
Steady, long-term work — I’m looking for someone to grow with.
Clear feedback and communication.
Fun, creative projects in an exciting niche.
