Videograper / Creative Video Director

About Us:
We are a Netherlands-based e-commerce company specializing in high-quality products and advertisement videos. We are looking to scale our creative output by working with a talented video creator based in the Philippines. From time to time, we collaborate in Manila for shoots or team activities.

Role Overview:
You will take ownership of the full creative process for product videos and ad creatives. For each product, you will develop multiple video concepts, write scripts, and either shoot the footage yourself or direct an external agency. You will serve as the creative lead for video content.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and storyboard multiple video concepts per product with different hooks and angles
- Write clear scripts and shot lists in collaboration with the product team
- Shoot and light products to a high standard when items are shipped to you
- Edit videos in various formats and durations for ads and product pages
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient content workflow

Requirements :
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Strong creative eye for product storytelling and advertising
- Able to shoot your own footage and manage basic lighting and sound
- Proven experience in scriptwriting and video structure
- Portfolio demonstrating strong composition, pacing, and clarity

Nice to Have:
- Own camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- Experience in product videography or performance-driven ad creatives
- Willingness to test different creative versions and optimize based on results

Important Notes
- Applicants without personal equipment may still apply if they have strong creative and scriptwriting skills (additional assessments will apply)
- If working with an agency, you will act as the creative lead, providing scripts and direction
- Videographers with limited product video experience are welcome—we provide the process; you bring the creativity

Must-Have Skills:
- Ability to shoot video independently
- Experience writing scripts

Preferred Qualifications:
- Located within two hours of Manila for occasional on-site collaboration
- Previous experience with product videography
