About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Sales & Service Support Specialist to work closely with our Sales Manager. This role is designed to provide hands-on support in managing client relationships, onboarding new brokers, and helping drive business growth through proactive follow-ups and lead management.
You will be the Sales Manager’s right hand – making sure leads are actioned quickly, clients are well looked after, and our onboarding processes run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business where your contribution will have a direct impact on success.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in following up with potential clients and leads via phone,
• Support in gathering and qualifying leads from different sources.
• Manage CRM entries, records, and updates to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients during the onboarding process, helping them complete requirements.
• Provide customer service support to ensure a positive client experience.
• Carry out other administrative and operational tasks required to assist the Sales Manager in their role.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or lead generation (preferred but not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making calls and engaging professionally with clients.
• Highly organized, with good attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while following instructions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, or online sales platforms is an advantage.
