We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for our Content Department who will play a key role in ensuring that our content production, posting, and team performance meet the highest standards.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Your main responsibility is to track performance, hold the team accountable, and ensure quality control across our content production and publishing.
Daily Content Tracking:
Monitor and record:
Views by channel
Video performance metrics
Best-performing videos by platform

Team Quality Assurance:
Check if the leader is:
Giving feedback within 24 hours to tea ---------- mbers
Assigning daily tasks to the team

Check if tea ---------- mbers are:
Submitting their EOD reports on time
Track if we hit at least one viral content piece from Sina’s platforms each day/week

Accountability & Reminders:
Remind tea ---------- mbers of their tasks and deadlines
Ensure all standards of performance are met consistently

Content Posting (Daily):
You’ll be responsible for posting content across all of Sina Port’s platforms:

Extremely detail-oriented (having “OCD” about structure and quality is a plus!)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
Questions things that don’t feel accurate or aligned
Proactive in taking initiative (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Easy to work with, but serious and professional when it comes to results
Experienced with content posting across multiple platforms
