Full-Time Video Editor (YouTube + Shorts/Reels)

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to edit long-form YouTube golf lessons (20–60 minutes) and create short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikToks) from those videos.

This is a full-time role with clear weekly deliverables.

1. Your best long-form video (10+ minutes)
2. Your best short-form video (Reel/Short/TikTok)

Responsibilities
• Edit long-form YouTube lessons (cutting, pacing, b-roll, on-screen text).
• Create engaging Shorts/Reels with captions and hooks.
• Deliver multiple formats (16:9, 9:16).
• Maintain consistent style and high-quality standards.
• Meet deadlines and communicate clearly.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
• Proven experience with YouTube + short-form editing.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Available to work full-time, 40 hrs/week.

Hiring Process

Salary
