Technical SEO Lead (LLM-Integrated)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Technical SEO Lead (Strategist–Operator) to own AI-era technical SEO across a WordPress multisite environment.
WordPress Multisite • Indexation • Schema • AI Overview Optimization


This is not a generic SEO role. You will:
-Design entity-first subdomain clusters
-Control indexation (canonical / meta-noindex / robots.txt / sitemaps)
-Shape JSON-LD schema for AI Overviews
-Keep WordPress multisite clean, structured, and fast
-Help operate an LLM toolchain (Claude Code + OpenRouter / Moonshot / Groq) for safe, cost-efficient AI content workflows

If you understand both technical SEO infrastructure and how AI impacts search visibility, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
-Architect 4–10 subdomain clusters using entity graphs + interlinking rules
-Implement & audit: Canonical tags, Meta noindex, Robots.txt, XML sitemaps (Google + Bing)
-Add & validate JSON-LD schema: Organization , Service, FAQ, HowTo
-Improve SERP + AI Overview eligibility
-Run Header Cleanup & Trust-Design (no duplicate modules, clean UX)
-Operate & optimize LLM routing: Provider switching , Cost caps , Token limits, Response timing logs
-Build SOPs + QA checklists
-Report weekly: Indexation KPIs , Crawl stats, Coverage changes

Must-Haves:
-Strong hands-on experience with: Canonical tags, Meta noindex, Robots.txt, XML sitemaps
-WordPress multisite experience
-Basic PHP / JS familiarity
-JSON-LD schema implementation (manual or plugin-based)
-Comfortable with LLM tools (any of): Claude Code, OpenRouter, Moonshot/Kimi, Groq
-Clear, concise English communication

Nice-to-Haves
-Bing or Google deindex recovery experience
-Entity clustering + AI Overview optimization knowledge
-Cost & logging discipline (rate limits, token control, latency tracking)

Compensation
Technical SEO Lead (Strategist–Operator):
?50,000–?60,000/month
Up to ?60,000 for exceptional fit (proven indexation control + recovery + multisite ops)
