Cold Caller / Prospector – Real Estate Investment Firm

We are an established real estate investment firm with a proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing residential properties and land. Our team is professional, experienced, and driven by results. We are looking to expand our acquisitions team by hiring motivated and skilled cold callers to help us identify and qualify potential sellers.

Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls daily to homeowners of residential properties and land
- Build rapport quickly and professionally with property owners
- Qualify prospects to determine motivation and readiness to sell
- Overcome objections with confidence and persistence
- Contact real estate agents with distressed property listings
- Accurately enter and update prospect information in our CRM system
- Schedule appointments for the acquisitions manager to follow up
- Work independently while meeting performance metrics and call volume goals

Requirements
- Previous cold calling or prospecting experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
- Thick-skinned and comfortable with rejection
- Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Quiet and professional work environment

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and conversational
- Objection handling and persuasion skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with online calling tools (e.g., CallTools, MoJo, Dialer, Dialpad, etc.), Google Office Suite (Sheets, Word, etc.) and Canva is a plus.
