Social Media Manager/VA

We are looking for an experience Social media specialist who can assist our small media agency in Australia with social media management, content creation and content photo/video editing across our small but growing client base.

Social Media Skills Required-
Proficient in using Meta Business Suite to manage social platforms
Skilled in creating and planning social media calendars to ensure consistent, strategic posting
Strong understanding of social media trends across Instagram, ---------- and Facebook
Experienced in developing engaging, audience-focused content
Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Canva for creating visually appealing posts
Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom or other advanced photo-editing tools
Capable of producing social media analytics reports to evaluate performance and refine strategies
Content Scheduling & Automation – using tools like Meta Business Suite
Copywriting – crafting captions, headlines, and ad copy that align with brand tone and drive engagement

Virtual Assistant / Business Support Skills
Data Entry & Document Preparation – spreadsheets, presentations, reports
Customer Service Support – responding to enquiries professionally and on-brand

Soft Skills
Attention to Detail – consistency in branding, spelling, and formatting
Adaptability – able to shift strategies quickly with changing trends
Time Management – balancing multiple tasks, deadlines, and platforms
Proactive Communication – keeping teams updated and flagging opportunities or issues early
