About Me:
I run a consultancy that helps pharmaceutical companies do the following:
• find distribution partners/ enter new markets. This means that perspective clients will have products and I would help the company find local distributors to register and distribute products in new countries. By way of example I have helped UK companies expand into over 62 countries including the Middle East (including strong expertise in Saudi Arabia the largest and quickest evolving market), Iran, Europe (not my strongest area), Africa, Asia (Pakistan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and more), CIS and LatAm
• I have helped companies close deals with Contract Manufacturers. This involves identifying manufacturers, negotiating terms and closing deals including contract reviews & finalisation.
My key strengths are:
• I help companies find and manage international distributors in the above mentioned territories.
• Equally I can help companies connect to European companies (eg finding new manufacturers in Europe)
• International partner development (across 62 countries)
• Contract negotiation & drafting
• Commercialisation strategy.
• Market entry consulting
• Experience in both in-house and consultancy settings
• Deal closing across jurisdictions and cultures. Including securing payment terms in difficult countries
Broadly speaking my clients are of 2 kinds:
1) A company (maybe in Europe, Canada, UK, USA) who is a small company looking to expand into some new countries (as per the above)
2) A company who is looking to connect with European companies eg trying to find a new manufacturer
