About the Role
Mploy Team, LLC is seeking a skilled Web Builder to support our team with editing and finishing websites, setting up WooCommerce stores, creating landing pages, implementing SEO optimizations, and programming forms to connect with our CRM. This is a work-for-hire opportunity where attention to detail and the ability to deliver fully functional, optimized websites is essential.


Key Responsibilities
Edit and add finishing touches to company and client websites.
Set up and configure WooCommerce stores, including product pages, cart, and checkout functionality.
Create SEO-optimized landing pages that are visually engaging and conversion-focused.
Program and integrate forms to connect with CRM (PHP/MySQL-based).
Perform website performance optimization (speed, responsiveness, mobile compatibility).
Scan websites for errors or issues and apply fixes as needed.
Submit completed work for manager approval before project closure and payment.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Web Builder / Web Developer.
Strong knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with CRM form integration (Rukovoditel CRM experience is a plus).
SEO implementation skills (title tags, schema, alt text, meta descriptions).
Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Expectations
Work must be proofed, error-free, and signed off by management before payment.
Must be available for initial project briefing with manager (via Google Meet).
Communication with managers is available during 10 AM – 6 PM EST.
All deliverables must be submitted within the agreed timeline.
