SEO Link Builder

Looking for an experience SEO Link Builder to help build links for my website in health category. Website is a leader in the niche and need someone with experience in doing outreach to bloggers and webmasters asking to link to the site. Also needs to have SEO software tool available to do backlink research and find broken link opportunities and see where competition is getting links.

I don't want PBN's or any spammy black hat techniques, all link building must be white hat. SEO Link Builder will spend most of the time doing outreach via email.
