Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist

About Us:
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company bringing innovative products to market across beauty, wellness, pet care, family care, and security. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
• Design and build visually compelling EDMs and email flow templates in Klaviyo.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with brand identity and business goals.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital marketing materials across our brands, using Figma and our design libraries for campaign assets, social media posts, and other creative needs.
• Maintain and update email templates to ensure consistency and optimisation for different devices and email clients.
• Keep up to date with trends and best practices in email marketing and graphic design, applying fresh ideas to our campaigns.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio in email marketing and marketing campaign asset creation.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo for designing and implementing email campaigns.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience working with Figma for design collaboration, including using and setting up design systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• A portfolio that includes email campaigns, templates, and Figma-based work.
