Job Description: Video Editor (Shortform) – German Speaking
Start Date: Earliest in 2–3 months

We are a growing company in the field of digital marketing and content creation, helping our clients increase their reach, visibility, and conversions through high-quality video content. Our main focus is shortform content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor (m/f/d) who can professionally edit German-speaking content and has a strong sense of trends, storytelling, and visual marketing.
Your Responsibilities
Independently edit shortform videos (15–90 seconds) for social media
Adapt videos for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
Add subtitles, hooks, text animations, effects, and transitions
Creatively implement storytelling strategies and trending formats
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to optimize content strategies
Ensure high-quality video output and brand-consistent visuals
Your Profile
Fluent German speaker (C1 level or higher)
Proven experience in video editing, especially shortform content
Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of trends, viral content, and visual storytelling
Knowledge of content marketing and social media algorithms is a plus
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Strong communication skills and a creative mindset
