The starting salary ranges from ?17,000 to ?25,000 per month, depending on your experience. Salaries are released twice monthly (every 15th and 30th).
Your earnings grow with performance: each closed sale increases your base salary by ?3,000, with consistent progression opening opportunities for a Managerial role.

In addition, you’ll receive a 2.5% sales commission—which can be very rewarding on high-value transactions. For example, closing a ?100M property would earn you ?2,500,000 in commission.
