Virtual Assistant Needed

I am a serious internet marketer who is in need of a qualified VA to assist in the day to day operations of my business. The VA must know about Wordpress and be comfortable setting up sites after design is done. Training will be provided. VA must also be able to write valid HTML 5 and CSS 3. You must be serious about your work and have very good work ethic. I work hard and I want someone who will.


We are looking for a contractor who:
1. Desires to work full time as a VA (40+ hours)
2. Can speak and write fluently in English.
3. Has experience working in internet marketing(niche website, affiliate sites etc), there has a good understanding of what is trying to be achieved and can contribute ideas, tips etc to the processes.
4. Available to speak via Skype prior to hire
5. Able to solve challenges without asking the person who assigned the task, or at least attempt to
6. VA will be able to work flexible hours after trial period, but will need to be available in Eastern Standard Time initially.
7. Be very detail and deadline oriented

Job Description
Setup Sites
-Add content and format posts and pages, add contextual links, find and images, on page seo
-configure wordpress theme, in some instances, find a good theme
-Install and configure plugins
-Monetize with adsense, banners, widgets
-You must have an eye for good design and layout
Product/Offer Selection
-You will be selecting products from amazon based on certain criteria
-In other instances you will be asked to search for clickbank,cpa and other affiliate programs that fit the niche site
Topic Development for writers
-Based on keyword research date given you will create topics and instruction with the keywords and assign to the writer
-You will also give the writer product names from your selection to do reviews on


Skills I am looking for
Wordpress-You don't have to be a coder or graphic designer but know your way around different themes and can figure out a theme quickly

English- Your English must be excellent to be able to spot errors in content and to write short description when configuring plugins like all in one seo

Affiliate Marketing-Some understand of affiliate and niche marketing

Keyword Research-At least know to use 1 keyword tool
