We run a group of **local service businesses in Ireland** (home services, trades, construction). We’re looking for a reliable **Operations & Admin Virtual Assistant** to help manage incoming jobs, coordinate with contractors, and handle light admin.
This role is part customer service, part scheduling, part admin — you’ll be the bridge between customers and our team on the ground in Ireland.
### **What You’ll Do**
* Get client/job details from our system (calls come in through our call team).
* Contact contractors, confirm who can attend, and agree a time.
* Confirm details with the customer.
* Track the job status (on-site / completed).
* Send payment link to the customer and confirm payment.
* Ask for a review after the job is done.
* Light admin: update spreadsheets, check prices, make simple reports.
* Help onboard new contractors (collect documents, add to sheets, set rates/areas).
* Follow our SOPs and use our phone app + internal tools.
### **Hours**
* **30 hours/week (6 hrs/day, 5 Days a week).**
* Fixed shift: **09:00–15:00 (Irish time).**
* Must be fast to respond during your shift.
### **Pay**
* **$3/hr - $4/hr (hourly contract).**
* Bonuses for performance (speed, payments collected, reviews).
### **Requirements**
* Strong English skills (spoken & written).
* Quiet workspace + stable internet.
* Comfortable calling customers & contractors.
* Able to follow checklists, keep tidy notes, and stay calm with urgent jobs.
* Basic Google Sheets/Docs/Calendar skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
